With James Hollman, I think it’s more the case of how he left: all hush hushed and rife with speculation, trying to fill his job before even confirming his departure etc… i think that’s the disservice. It’s just an unfair way to treat someone, I’d say. I’ll elaborate more when I post at the weekend, but thanks!

I’m enjoying your blog but I don’t agree that not hearing why James Hollman has left the club does him a disservice.

It’s obviously all open to speculation (which is perhaps exactly the point), but the fact that we haven’t heard anything about it at all would suggest to me that it wasn’t exactly his choice to go.

Either way though I think you’re right that some sort of statement should have been made sooner – even if to just stop the speculation.
